They’re set to be Blur’s first shows since 2015.

When Blur announced their live return earlier this week they had more than the initial gig at Wembley Stadium on July 8th in mind.

News of an appearance at Beauregard Festival in France on July 6th swiftly followed, and now a second night in London has been added for July 9th.

“I’m really looking forward to playing with my Blur brothers again and revisiting all those great songs,” Graham Coxon has said.

“Blur live shows are always amazing for me. A nice guitar and an amp turned right up and loads of smiling faces.”

“There’s always something really special when the four of us get in a room,” Alex James said. “It’s nice to think that on 8th July that room will be Wembley Stadium.”

“After the chaos of the last few years, it’s great to get back out to play some songs together on a summer’s day in London,” Dave Rowntree concluded. “Hope to see you there.”
