The Go! Team will tour the UK in March 2023.
Divebomb is the opening salvo from The Go! Team’s new album Get Up Sequences Part Two and features Detroit-based rapper IndigoYaj.
“Protest songs have always been a balancing act,” Ian Parton says. “If you’re too sledgehammer it’s cringey – like the Scorpions’ Winds Of Change or something – but at the same time given the stuff they’re trying to pull with abortion rights it feels weird to ignore it.”
Next year’s UK tour, meanwhile, is scheduled to open in Cambridge and will continue on through to the start of April.
