Oasis’ third studio album has been re-released on its 25th anniversary.

Oasis are back at number one on the UK Record Store Chart with the latest version of their 1997 album Be Here Now.

Hot Chip are another high new entry with Freakout/Release, while The Chats also debut inside the Top 10 with GET FUCKED.

A decade ago, The Official Charts Company began compiling the UK Record Store Chart to reflect the boom in vinyl sales which had begun during the previous decade. Its figures are taken from the best selling albums at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
