“’Reasons To Live’ is about a time when I felt truly drained and incapable of happiness,” Pale Waves’ Heather Baron-Gracie explains. “Then I found someone who showed me a reason to live.”
Pale Waves have released Reasons To Live from their upcoming third album Unwanted which is due via Dirty Hit on August 12th.
The band spent time in Los Angeles with producer Zakk Cervini working on an album whose title is a clear reflection of the ethos from which it emerged.
“It was really the only thing this album could be called,” Baron-Gracie says. “It’s bold and unapologetic, and that’s what the Pale Waves community is about.
“We don’t need to fit a perfect mould, we don’t need to apologise for being ourselves, and we won’t change for anyone. That acceptance is what connects us.”
