‘Ribbon Around The Bomb’ has handed Blossoms their third UK number one album.

Blossoms have matched their latest success on the main rundown by topping the UK Record Store Chart with Ribbon Around The Bomb.

Thunder, Bloc Party, Reef and Let’s Eat Grandma also contribute to a brand new Top 5, while Fontaines D.C. have had another strong week with Skinty Fia and Wet Leg remain in the Top 10 with their self-titled debut.

A decade ago, The Official Charts Company began compiling the UK Record Store Chart to reflect the boom in vinyl sales which had begun during the previous decade. Its figures are taken from the best selling albums at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
