Wet Leg’s self-titled debut album is the new number one on the UK Record Store Chart.

Father John Misty, Jack White, Kae Tempest and Camila Cabello also debut inside the Top 5 after another busy week of new entries which also includes Calexico, Pavement and The Lovely Eggs.

A decade ago, The Official Charts Company began compiling the UK Record Store Chart to reflect the boom in vinyl sales which had begun during the previous decade. Its figures are taken from the best selling albums at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
