Richard Ashcroft also has gigs coming up in Liverpool and back in London at the Royal Albert Hall.
Richard Ashcroft played the last of two acoustic shows at the London Palladium on Sunday (October 17th) with the release of his Acoustic Hymns Vol. 1 collection due on October 29th.
The album is to feature fresh arrangements and new recordings of songs from his back catalogue, including A Song For The Lovers and C’mon People (We’re Making It Now) from his 2000 debut solo LP Alone With Everybody, the latter of which will feature Liam Gallagher.
Also on there is an updated look at This Thing Called Life, a collaboration with hip-hop producer No I.D. which has become something of a rarity since it featured on the United Nations Of Sound project back in 2010.
