The Rolling Stones resumed touring earlier this week after Charlie Watts’ passing.

The Rolling Stones have left a reference to Charlie Watts on their video for Living In The Heart Of Love.

One of the previously unreleased tracks which are due to feature on the reissue of Tattoo You next month, Living In The Heart Of Love has taken on extra meaning after the band’s long-serving drummer sadly died on August 24th.

When making their first live appearance since in Massachusetts, Mick Jagger told the lucky few hundred in attendance:

“It’s a bit of a poignant night for us because its the first tour in 59 years that we’ve done without our lovely Charlie Watts.”

“We all miss Charlie so much. We miss him as a band, we miss him as friends – on and off the stage.”

“We’ve got so many memories of Charlie, and I’m sure some of you that have seen us before have got memories of Charlie as well. And I hope you remember him like we do.”
