Elbow will release it on November 19th.
Elbow have confirmed the details of their ninth studio LP Flying Dream 1.
Such has been life, the album began via writing sessions undertaken remotely in Manchester and London before they convened at the Theatre Royal in Brighton to bring everything together.
“Hiring a two hundred year old theatre that has never in its history been closed for so long was something that could only be done under the circumstances….nice to turn it on its head in that way,” Guy Garvey reflects.
“Recording in a splendid generous space with no audience was something that throws an anchor in the times that the record was made in.”
