Blossoms have three nights scheduled at The Forum as part of their rearranged UK tour.

Live4ever was at the Kentish Town Forum in London last night as Blossoms played their second gig in as many days at the venue.

The concert took place shortly after the band announced one of the more, shall we say, unexpected collaborations of recent times with plans to celebrate ‘The Sound Of The Smiths’ along side Rick Astley in October.

“The Smiths have always meant so much to Blossoms, with even their rainiest songs complete with wry humour and soul-reaching musicianship and melody,” Tom Ogden said. “Their poppier moments are pure, joyful, danceable poetry.”

“Imagine backing Rick Astley to play the songs of The Smiths? We’ve had wilder dreams, but not many.”
