Our recap of the stories we featured during the past seven days includes rock titans Guns N Roses and Led Zeppelin.

Guns N Roses have posted their new track Absurd online after handing it a live premiere recently during their North American tour.

The song dates all the way back to their Chinese Democracy sessions, when it was then known as Silkworms.

Charlie Watts will miss The Rolling Stones’ US tour after undergoing an unspecified medical procedure.

A spokesperson for the band described it as ‘completely successful’, but Watts’ place will be temporarily taken by Keith Richards’ X-Pensive Winos cohort Steve Jordan.

Tyler, The Creator will be touring Call Me If You Get Lost extensively around North America next year.

Dates have been confirmed to start in San Diego on February 22nd, 2022, and will run through March and early April, ending back on the west coast at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.

Director Bernard MacMahon has confirmed Becoming Led Zeppelin will be the title of his forthcoming film charting the group’s rise through a treasure trove of previously unseen material.

Their origins as the dream team of the sixties’ blues rock scene in the UK to stadium rock behemoths by the mid-seventies is a well known but largely incomplete story, something MaMahon set out to correct with the same team behind the American Epic series.

The Killers have unveiled the tracklist for their new LP Pressure Machine, which is due soon on August 13th after it was first unveiled last month.

Runaway Horses will feature a guest turn from Phoebe Bridgers, while other new songs include Sleepwalker, In The Car Outside and Desperate Things as the band took inspiration from frontman Brandon Flowers’ formative years in Utah.
