John Grant, Lucy Dacus among new entries on UK Record Store Chart

Boy From Michigan is John Grant’s fifth solo album.

John Grant and Lucy Dacus are among the many new entries on the latest UK Record Store Chart which is led by Jack Savoretti.

Elsewhere, Wolf Alice are down to #6 with Blue Weekend, while Noel Gallagher has another week in the Top 20 with his High Flying Birds compilation Back The Way We Came.

It’s now nine years since The Official Charts Company launched this chart as vinyl sales surged during the last decade, a trend which continued in 2020 as the format grew for the 13th consecutive year. It is compiled from the best selling albums at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
