Andrew Cushin unveils new track Memories

It follows Andrew Cushin’s Where’s My Family Gone single which boasted production and performing credits from Noel Gallagher.

Singer-songwriter Andrew Cushin has unveiled his new track Memories, ‘written in the midst of the lockdown during which time male mental health was worsening’, he says.

“The lyrics, ‘What is a man and what can he do?’, symbolises that unfortunately some men in this world remain unsure of their place as a husband, provider, father or peer – they’re roles that they’re never taught about,” he continues.

“At a time when male suicides are on the rise, the memories we hold seem more important than anything.”

This is the first taste of sessions with Radiohead, Michael Kiwanuka and Paolo Nutini cohort Richard Woodcraft, and was mixed by John Davis whose heavyweight pop credits include Royal Blood, Dua Lipa and The Killers.
