Sleaford Mods, Hot Chip among new names for End Of The Road 2021

End Of The Road will be taking place between September 2nd-5th.

End Of The Road has confirmed the line-up for its return this year, with some inevitable changes from that which would’ve played the festival’s 15th anniversary in 2020.

Joining King Krule at the top of the bill are Hot Chip and Stereolab, while Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood is also confirmed along with the likes of Little Simz, John Grant, Arlo Parks, Girl Band, Squid, Black Country New Road and Dry Cleaning.

Also new as headliners are Sleaford Mods after the recent release of their Spare Ribs album; “Quite a lot of the process for this album was different,” Jason Williamson told us of its recording during an exclusive interview.

“We’d re-signed to Rough Trade (after self-releasing 2019’s album Eton Alive) and the suggestion was that we re-familiarised ourselves with them.”

“We already knew that we wanted to take the production forward, but we didn’t need a producer as we’re not that sort of band. We also had our own ideas about mixing as well, so rather than bringing in someone to do that, we started exploring the idea of collaborations.”
