Tame Impala’s debut album was originally released in May 2010.
Although as a 10th anniversary reissue it was a bit late when it arrived last month, the new version of Tame Impala’s InnerSpeaker had plenty for fans to get acquainted with; the deluxe, 4LP box-set offering album sketches, a side-long jam, new mixes, instrumentals and a 40-page booklet.
If that wasn’t enough, Kevin Parker introduced InnerSpeaker Memories last week, a short, contemporary film featuring never-before-seen footage from the album’s recording at Wave House Studio in Western Australia.
Now, a special livestream gig has been detailed to continue the birthday celebrations. Live From Wave House will go out on Wednesday, April 21st via the digital platform Moment House, a full band performance of the record in its entirety from where those sessions took place over a decade ago.
