London Grammar are also at number one on the UK’s main chart rundown.

London Grammar have debuted at the top of the latest UK Record Store Chart with Californian Soil.

High new entries also come from the likes of The Offspring, AJ Tracey and Imeda May, while Working Men’s Club have jumped back into the Top 5 with their self-titled debut.

It’s now nine years since The Official Charts Company launched this chart as vinyl sales surged during the last decade, a trend which continued in 2020 as the format grew for the 13th consecutive year. It is compiled from the best selling albums at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
