Doves and Madness are among the Forest Live artists having to wait another year.

Forest Live organisers have confirmed their series of concerts are moving to 2022.

“We are sorry to have to tell you that the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown has made it clear that we cannot hold our Forest Live concerts this summer,” a statement reads. “We will be postponing our Forest Live 2021 concerts to June 2022.”

“We are extremely disappointed, but this is the best way to keep our valued customers safe, as well as the staff, volunteers, contractors and artists that make Forest Live possible.”

“We are delighted to confirm that all Forest Live 2021 headline acts have been able to reschedule all their performances and will be joining us in June 2022. All bookings remain valid for the 2022 dates.”

It means Doves, after the release of their comeback album The Universal Want, will now be playing Delamere Forest near Northwich, Cheshire on June 19th next year.
