Iceage released the Holding Hand single earlier this month.
Not long after their return on the Mexican Summer label, Iceage have confirmed the details of their next studio album.
Seek Shelter will be released on May 7th, and is announced with another new single, on this occasion Vendetta.
“Crime is the undercurrent that runs through everything,” Elias Bender Rønnenfelt says of it.
“If you don’t see it, you’re not looking. In its invincible politics, it is the glue that binds it all together. ‘Vendetta’ is an impartial dance along the illicit lines of infraction.”
The tracklist shows that The Holding Hand will be closing the record – a song that, ‘lives in a slurred world, movements are elastically stretched out and strength is found in weakness while you find it hard to tell the difference between fume and matter’, according to Bender Rønnenfelt.
