Richard Ashcroft is aiming to make his return to the stage next year.
As we all hope for a resurgence in live music during 2021, the Verve frontman has signalled his own part in it by detailing two shows at the London Palladium on May 21st and 22nd, his first since an appearance at the Immersed Festival in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust last January.
While there was a decade-long gap between Keys To The World and 2016’s These People, the latter’s release had seen a resurgence in solo activity from Ashcroft until 2020 reared its ugly head, These People relatively swiftly followed in 2018 by Natural Rebel – an album which proved ‘middle-age is a good place to be’ according to Live4ever’s review.
