Blossoms become the latest band to sign up with MelodyVR.

Virtual reality has claimed another convert as 2020 and its block on live music drags on.

Blossoms have joined the likes of Fontaines D.C. and Tom Grennan in arranging a gig for MelodyVR which will be hosted on December 3rd from the Brixton Academy in London.

“We’re really excited to be coming back to play live at O2 Academy Brixton and also making our MelodyVR debut,” Tom Ogden says. “It’s been so long since we’ve played live and we can’t wait to perform for you all at home.”

Blossoms have been staying active recently despite the doors of UK music venues being long shut, and premiered their Back To Stockport documentary earlier this month, not long before a festival double A-side single comprising Christmas Eve (Soul Purpose) and It’s Going To Be A Cold Winter was aired.
