Our Track Of The Week is Generation Game from The Lounge Society, the latest essential release off the Speedy Wunderground label.
The teenagers hail from Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire, and have been placed in the ‘Calder Sound’ stable which can include Working Men’s Club, The Orielles and WH Lung among its inhabitants.
Generation Game single will be released digitally on March 27th. “They are great, really fun to work with, and an amazing band,” Speedy Wunderground’s Dan Carey says.
“I don’t think it’s sunk in yet that we’re releasing a single with Speedy,” the band adds. “It’s always been a dream for all of us to record with Dan Carey and release with Speedy. We love their ethos and all the music they’ve put out in the past, it’s a great scene.”
