Hot Chip live at Bluedot Festival 2019 (Gary Mather for Live4ever)
“This film is about love and the lack of it; about the tension between the natural flow of energy versus our social constructs, the free soul is rare,” director Sebastian Strasser has said of the video for Positive, the latest from Hot Chip‘s 2019 album A Bath Full Of Ecstasy.
The album was one of Live4ever’s top picks of last year after our review summed it up as ‘the sound of the monkey who threw away his miniature cymbal, a mindful hedonist who traded repetition for a groove‘:
