Floating Points, Overmono, Ross From Friends and DJ sets from Jungle and Mount Kimbie are some of the highlights of the Field Day 2020 line-up which has been revealed in full today.
The announcement builds on organisers’ plans to focus on electronic music when the event returns to London on July 11th, something discussed when Northern Irish duo Bicep were announced as headliners last month.
At that time, those organisers said the electronic music on offer in 2019 ‘perfectly complimented its new warehouse venue’, and promised this year’s edition would be ‘louder and later than any London festival’.
“Next year’s (2020) programme will celebrate the full spectrum with both live and DJ performances across three stages of music, running louder and later with indoor stages, including the main stage, continuing until 3 am – a unique and unrivalled prospect for London festivals,” they said.
