DMA’s have arranged their biggest headline UK show to-date after confirming their next album will be released on April 24th next year.

The show at London’s Brixton Academy is to precede the album’s release on March 6th, as well as their tour of UK arenas in support of Liam Gallagher later this month.

The LP’s first single Silver is available now, hot off the heels of the band’s MTV Unplugged live album; “Lyrically, there has always been a romantic, wistful element, but it’s often drowned in their Britpop inflected sound; stripping that away and laying the songs bare brings the tenderness front and centre,” our review reads.

“In fact, the boisterousness that the band are associated with is nowhere to be found on this album. Their chat between songs, which granted may have been judiciously edited for release, amounts to about ten words, all of them humble.”
