Coldplay are getting a little more conventional with the latest bit of promotion for their new album Everyday Life.

After first announcing the LP by sending out letters to their fans, and then revealing its tracklist in the North Wales Daily Post, the band are now streaming Orphans and Arabesque – and they’re there for everyone to see immediately on YouTube. “For the last 100 years or thereabouts we have been working on a thing called Everyday Life,” the fan letter read.

“In the classifieds you might write ‘double album for sale, one very careful owner’. One half is called ‘sunrise’, the other ‘sunset’. It comes out 22 November.”

“It is sort of how we feel about things. We send much love to you from hibernation.”
