There’s a final piece of the new Bat For Lashes album Lost Girls out today ahead of its release on September 6th.
The Desert Man single has come with a message from Natasha Khan containing the promise of some UK shows being announced in the near future. “I am very pleased to present the next song from Lost Girls to be released before the album is out this Friday,” she’s said.
“A little secret – I’m going to be announcing some shows in the UK this November within the next 10 days. The shows will be in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Brighton.”
The album has previously been explained as being a ‘parallel universe of an off-kilter coming of age film in which gangs of marauding female bikers roam our streets and teenagers make out on car hoods’, continuing themes and revisiting characters along the way from the 2009 record Two Suns.
