The Futureheads have promised their new album Powers will show they have ‘got a bit of a job to do about letting people know that there’s more to this band than you might have thought’, but they have announced a December UK tour which will give fans a chance to reflect on their familiar past.
The band will celebrate 15 years of their self-titled debut album with gigs in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow and Manchester when it is to be performed in full along side some of the fresher cuts from the new record.
Powers is due on August 30th after The Futureheads came out of hiatus earlier this year and will be their first ‘electric’ album in nearly a decade.
