The Amazons have announced a headline tour of the UK during November which will be the biggest of their career so far.

With new album Future Dust out this week, the tour has been revealed to start in Birmingham on November 8th and to conclude at the Brixton Academy on the 22nd. “We were searching for a heavier sound and we found it by delving back through the blues,” Matthew Thomson has said of the album.

“From Led Zeppelin, we discovered Howlin’ Wolf and immersed ourselves in his back catalogue. I read Hellfire, the Jerry Lee Lewis biography, and fell in love with the Biblical language that was used to describe his ‘devil music’.”
