Sam Fender has confirmed his debut album is entitled Hypersonic Missiles and will be released on August 9th.

The album was written, recorded and produced at Fender’s own self-built warehouse studio alongside producer Bramwell Bronte. Its title-track was released earlier this month; one of the singles which, during the past twelve months or so, have propelled Fender to big headline UK shows and the Brits Critics’ Choice Award for 2019.

Those UK shows include a gig at Tynemouth Castle on his hometurf of North Shields in July, but not before a tour of Europe, the UK and festivals during the spring.
