Parquet Courts spent last week playing UK and Ireland shows as part of their November European tour, and concluded at the London Roundhouse from where Live4ever presents our live gallery.

There were also gigs in Dublin, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds and Bristol as the band continued their successful year behind the Wide Awake! album which got a 12″ vinyl remix in September. “I like the spirit of the rock song remixed for the dance floor,” Andrew Savage said of it
“Some of my favorite versions of rock songs, like The Units’ ‘High Pressure Days’ or the Happy Mondays’ ‘Kinky Afro’ are remixes. It can make the mood of a song completely change and allow you to approach it with fresh ears, even change the way you see the band.”
Their spell on the European mainland began in Amsterdam and is due at Paris’ Elysee Montmarte tonight before further appearances in Cologne, Munich and Frankfurt.
