Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Cardiff will be ready for Mumford & Sons in June next year.
That’s when rescheduled gigs in those cities have been confirmed for after the originally intended dates were postponed earlier this week after the band found the start of their Delta world tour had brought with it bigger problems than expected.
“As you may know, the Delta tour is by far the most ambitious show we’ve put together and we have had to free up some space in the schedule to be able to execute it, given some obstacles that have come up in production,” they said on social media.
“The truth is that it is simply not humanly possible to play these particular shows at this time and we are really sorry the reality of that only truly landed after we completed Belfast yesterday (November 18th).”
Mumford & Sons will now play the Liverpool Echo Arena on June 2nd 2019, the Sheffield Area on the 4th, Manchester Arena on the 6th and Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena on June 10th.
