Maximo Park keyboardist Lukas Wooller is ’emigrating and leaving the band’.

His bandmates will invite fans to join them in saying goodbye during a gig at Leeds Beckett University on January 10th next year, after which they’ll release a live album on February 22nd entitled As Long As We Keep Moving. “It’s been over a decade since our only live DVD, Found On Film,” reflects frontman Paul Smith.

“We thought we would make an audio-visual document of our band in its current incarnation, especially because we feel like we are at our most dynamic in a live setting.”

The LP’s a career-spanning affair which has been mixed by Adrian Bushby and is to be accompanied by a DVD presenting an intimate set from the band.
