The second song from Crewel Intentions, the new band helmed by Palma Violets’ Chilli Jesson, has been unveiled.

After honing his new set-up on the London circuit, Jesson made his first move last month with debut track Youth In Overload, and is now following it up with Cruel Intentions, about as close to an eponymous song as his new group – which also comprises Marley Mackay, Jordan Cook, Leo Kurunis and Rupert XXX – can get.

They’re currently out on tour supporting Johnny Marr, and have already played shows in Norwich, Birmingham, Bath, Cardiff, Brighton and London. Still to come are appearances at the Sheffield O2 Academy, Newcastle O2 Academy, Glasgow Barrowlands, Liverpool O2 Academy and Manchester O2 Apollo before their own headline gig back in London at Electrowerkz on November 21st.

In the meantime, most of the rest of Palma Violets have teamed up with The Big Moon‘s Celia Archer in their own new outfit Gently Tender.
