Indoor Pets, Fontaines D.C. and Pip Blom are some of the early arrivals for next year’s Great Escape festival in Brighton.

The First Fifty, as they’ve all been collectively dubbed, will help to launch Great Escape 2019 with with gigs at six venues over three days across London between November 27th-29th this year, with Indoor Pets due at The Courtyard Theatre on the 28th and Fontaines D.C. at The Macbeth the day after.

Indoor Pets are forging a new path having changed their name from Get Inuit, an incarnation Live4ever last caught sight of at the Deaf Institute in Manchester:

“When all is done, silence hangs heavy with the moments that went before. There is an echo of youth misspent, and good times being had. Get Inuit brought their own particular storm to Manchester, a city that’s seen its share of them over the years. This might not have been the biggest storm to ever hit, but that doesn’t make it any less exciting.”
