Lady Bird have released their new track Boot Fillers on Slaves’ Girl Fight record label.
As reported by Live4ever at the start of this year, Lady Bird were the first to sign up with Girl Fight, this track following up the subsequent debut EP Social Potions. It was produced by Jolyon Thomas along with the band’s label bosses Laurie Vincent and Isaac Holman. “Boot Fillers is about the challenging relationships I have had with father figures throughout my life,” frontman Sam Cox says.
“Something valuable that I have come to appreciate is that It can be difficult for both parties involved.”
A November UK and Ireland tour in support of Slaves is set to open at the Newcastle O2 Academy.
