There’s new albums out today from Florence & The Machine, Gorillaz and Let’s Eat Grandma. Check them out on Live4ever right here via Spotify.

Florence Welch’s fourth album High As Hope was recorded in London and Los Angeles and features collaborations with Sampha, Jamie xx and Kamasi Washington among others. Big God, Hunger and Sky Full Of Song have all been previewing the record before release, while its touring is set to start in Montreal on August 5th.

Damon Albarn has moved quick with Gorillaz after the much longer wait for new material before Humanz’s release in 2017. The Now Now, of course, features its own special guests, but is much more focused on Albarn than previous efforts. “I’ve just wanted to make another record so that when we play the gigs this summer there is something nice to play everyone,” he explained to Zane Lowe on Beats 1. “I thought I should make a record where I’m just singing for once. I mean, sorry, 2-D singing for once.”

I’m All Ears, the second album from Jenny Hollingworth and Rosa Walton, has been described by Live4ever as taking Let’s Eat Grandma from, ‘hippie continuum to openhearted notes to thrill seekers, leaving the past behind like it was a million years ago’, in our review.
