Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Gaz Coombes are newly part of a bulging Standon Calling bill.

A multi-genre range of musical acts, as well as a comprehensive comedy line-up, should contribute to one of the summer’s most diverse events when Standon Calling takes place in the Hertfordshire countryside between July 26th-29th. “Standon Calling is a non-stop four day music festival experience in the fullest sense,” director Alex Trenchard believes.

“From day to night, from the guitars of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, to the nostalgia of Morcheeba’s 90s electronica, from the psychedelia of a rare Acid Mothers Temple performance to dancing into the small hours with 2ManyDJs and the new George FitzGerald live show – Standon Calling 2018 will be about discovering new music, pairing the unexpected and the joys of a diverse and truly original festival experience.”

Morcheeba, Gengahr and Nina Nesbitt are three more new names joining headliners Paloma Faith, George Ezra and Bryan Ferry.
