Reverend & The Makers will be accompanied by string, brass and a gospel choir for two special UK gigs in March.

“We are really excited to bring our songs to fans in an intimate setting and present them in a way that they have never been heard before and possibly never will again,” frontman Jon McClure reflects. “It’s definitely going to be very special.”

The shows are due to take place on March 22nd at the Bush Hall in London, and on the band’s hometurf the following night at Upper Chapel in Sheffield. They add to previously confirmed festival outings at Back To Ours in Hull (February 16th), Spring Gathering (May 24th), Neighbourhood in Warrington (May 26th) and LakeFest (August 11th).

This news has been marked with details of a new single; Black Flowers is taken from last year’s The Death Of A King album.
