The Smiths’ Queen Is Dead reissue lands high new entry on UK Record Store Chart

The reissue of The Smiths‘ 1986 album The Queen Is Dead has entered the UK Record Store Chart at number two, with Jessie Ware’s Glasshouse leading the way.

The posthumous George Michael record Listen Without Prejudice is the next highest new entry, while The National are back in the Top 20 courtesy of Sleep Well Beast.




Since 2012, the UK Record Store Chart has been charting the best selling albums sold at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
