Wild Beasts have begun to detail their final actions as a band after announcing their decision to split yesterday.

Writing on social media, the band revealed they ‘are coming to an end’, after creating something ‘quite of our own’ and building ‘a body of work which we stand by as heartfelt and true’.

“The four of us have decided, for our own reasons and in our own ways, that it is now time to leave this orbit. We’re caretakers to something precious and don’t want to have it diminish as we move forward in our lives.”

Now, three UK and Ireland tour dates have been confirmed as a farewell opportunity for February 2018, while an EP entitled Punk Drunk And Trembling revisits the Boy King sessions on the title-track, joined by the previously deluxe-vinyl-only cuts Maze and Last Night All My Dreams Came True.

Tour dates:

February 2018
15 – Dublin, Olympia
16 – Manchester, Albert Hall
17 – London, Eventim Apollo
