Another anniversary reissue is coming up as the 18th birthday of Travis‘ The Man Who is recognised on September 8th with a new box-set.

The limited edition run, each assigned with a unique number, will contain the full album and its b-sides on both vinyl and CD, an artcard signed by the band and a commemorative photo newspaper.

Travis are planning to play the LP in full on release date too, at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall. They’ll also be On Blackheath in London the next night for the same purpose.

One of the biggest British albums of the late-90s/early-00s, The Man Who spent 11 weeks at number one in the UK and sparked hit singles such as Turn, Driftwood and Why Does It Always Rain On Me?. This period of huge success for the band was crowned with a headline performance at Glastonbury in 2000.
