A surprise set from The Killers on the John Peel Stage was one of the standout moments of Glastonbury‘s final day yesterday.

The Las Vegas band made an unannounced appearance on Sunday afternoon playing a set full of all their biggest hits. Previously, the Saturday had seen a mammoth set from headliners Foo Fighters on the Pyramid Stage, while Liam Gallagher packed the Other Stage as he included his first ever live performance of Don’t Look Back In Anger; an Oasis anthem which has found a new poignancy since the Manchester Arena attack.

Friday night headliners Radiohead returned to the top of the Pyramid Stage for a third time, airing a typically challenging set which opened up during its second half to deliver some truly mesmerising moments.

Also on Friday, Royal Blood were responsible for one of the standout performances of the weekend as they simultaneously celebrated their second album going to number one in the UK.
