The Beatles, The Charlatans lead UK Record Store Chart

Record Store Chart

The Beatles‘ reissue of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band has proved just as popular on the UK Record Store Chart as it has on the main rundown.

The 50th anniversary re-release has gone straight in at number one, one place in front of The Charlatans‘ brand new LP Different Days and another true classic, David Bowie’s Hunky Dory.

Since 2012, the UK Record Store Chart has been charting the best selling albums sold at 100 of Britain’s leading independent music shops.
