The Pigeon Detectives set for debut album anniversary tour

Pigeon Detectives 1

The Pigeon Detectives live in London (Alberto Pezzali / Live4ever)

The Pigeon Detectives are the latest mid-noughties prodigies who’ll be looking back fondly on a period of regular chart success for British guitar bands.

Ten years on from their debut Wait For Me, the Leeds band will tour the UK in October and November, ending back home at the Leeds O2 Academy.

It was in May 2007 when The Pigeon Detectives joined the party frequented by bands such as The Enemy, The View and Kaiser Chiefs, hitting #3 on the UK Album Chart and achieving three consecutive Top 20 singles courtesy of Romantic Type, I’m Not Sorry and Take Her Back.
