Liam Gallagher‘s debut solo single Wall Of Glass has been premiered.
The track, written by one of Gallagher’s As You Were album collaborators Greg Kurstin, got its first play on BBC Radio 1 and its official video is available below.
The ex-Oasis man’s solo career is getting into full swing after he made his live bow in Manchester last night for a show at the Ritz whose proceeds went towards those affected by the shocking events in the city last week.
His tour moves on to London, Dublin and Glasgow next month ahead of a summer of festival appearances and the LP’s expected release in October.
There was a strong Oasis theme in Manchester yesterday thanks to performances of Rock N Roll Star, Morning Glory, D’You Know What I Mean?, Slide Away and Be Here Now, the latter with Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs, and an acapella encore of Live Forever.
