More than 500 special releases have been confirmed for this year’s Record Store Day.

These include a 12″ vinyl of Your Love Alone Is Not Enough from the Manic Street Preachers ahead of the tenth anniversary reissue of their Send Away The Tigers album, a rose gold foil cover, white vinyl of Take Control from Slaves, and a 7″ featuring two previously unreleased versions of The Smiths‘ The Boy With The Thorn In His Side and Rubber Ring.

“Shops all over the country will be supporting the releases with an array of events (live music, raffles, quizzes, giveaways and more), offering a day that truly celebrates the record shop culture that we all live and breathe every day,” Natasha Youngs of Resident Music in Brighton has said.

“The UK’s independent record shops are a fiercely diverse set of businesses but this event brings us together to celebrate our differences.”
