White Room playing This Feeling’s 10th anniversary in London (Alberto Pezzali for Live4ever)
This Feeling has arranged shows in London, Manchester and Glasgow this month when some top tips for 2017 will be performing.
The Shimmer Band will be leading Strange Bones, BlackWaters and more at Nambucca in London this coming Saturday night, while The Blinders and White Room are among those performing at Manchester’s Night & Day and The Phantoms lead the bill at Glasgow Broadcast.
Both The Shimmer Band and White Room were featured as part of our Live4ever Presents series towards the end of last year, and made the Best Of 2016 countdown.
“Of course there are the classics like The Beatles, The Doors, The Verve who have had a strong influence on our sound, and Paul Weller has always been a big one for me,” Jake of White room told us of the band’s influences.
“Recently though we’ve been drawing inspiration from bands like King Gizzard, Parquet Courts and Pond.”
