Elbow now have the video for Magnificent (She Says) to share.
It’s the first track from the band’s new album Little Fictions, due out on February 3rd next year and previously described by Guy Garvey as ‘more beat heavy’ than previous Elbow records. “It’s really quite chunky and beat heavy,” he told Jo Whiley. “There’s a sparseness to the songs which perhaps we’re not known for.”
“The themes are ranging as always; great big themes and concerns for the world at the same time as falling in love, looking forwards and backwards and all of the things.”
Elbow tour the UK and Ireland after the album’s out, starting with two shows in Dublin.
