The xx have added two more shows at the Brixton Academy to bring the grand total to a record breaking seven.
It’ll be the most nights during one run played by a band at the venue, and equates to around 35,000 fans. As The Guardian points out, it matches the amount of gigs played by stand-up duo The Mighty Boosh, but goes past previous achievements by the likes of the Prodigy and Nine Inch Nails.
The tour still starts on February 8th 2017 in Sweden.
