With the countdown to their new album WALLS now a matter of days not weeks, Kings Of Leon have seen it fit to upload one more track from the record ahead of release on October 14th.

Reverend is streaming below via Beats 1, part of sessions which the band have insisted were all about ‘challenging’ themselves and getting out of the ‘comfort zone’ they’ve been happily settled in since the huge success of Only By The Night.

“We were definitely going for it and trying really hard, but we got into a comfort zone,” Caleb told NME. “We’ve tried to peel that away on this album, by not using the same producer and doing it in our studio.”

“We were really challenging ourselves, doing things where we were scratching our heads going ‘Holy shit, is this right? Is this wrong?’”
